Speaking of firsts, another "first of the season" happened yesterday when I managed to go for my first lunchtime walk at work. It was a grueling quarter of a mile, but
nothing beats getting out and enjoying the sights and smells of nature. Top it off with a fantastic lunch of pineapple bits straight from the can, and you've got a day made in heaven!
