After seeing multiple ads on TV and in the Sunday paper, I have been persuaded by the experts that I need to "tighten up my mid-section". In my case, this means everything below my hairline. Before I make the leap though, I need to know: a) Do I start at my head and work down or at my feet and work up, and b) Does this have to involve diet and exercise or can I achieve the same miraculous results using only those pills and creams they keep talking about?
I refuse to commit until these questions are answered.
